- 1 kg milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp yougart
- a bowl you want to make yougart in.
- Boil milk first.
- leave it for a hour on room temperature.
- After that pour it in that bowl you want to make yougart in.
- Add yougart in it.
- Leave overnight.
- The next morning your yougart will be ready…enjoy your homemade fresh yougart.
